Approach and Philosophy

OVERCOMERS operates on the belief that true transformation  
Requires time, stability, and comprehensive support. Our approach
is likened to sending  young adults to college or
 enlisting in a military “Boot Camp,” emphasizing structured guidance,
discipline, and empowerment. We are dedicated to helping individuals
 build a foundation of faith, confidence, and capability
to succeed beyond their time with us.
